Tim Eiman

Tim Eiman has worked in various roles over the past 26 years. In 1994, they were the President and VP of Business Development at American Safety & Health Institute (now Health & Safety Institute, or HSI). Tim was responsible for medical device sales, accredited learning systems, and emergency response systems. Tim was also responsible for leading overall business strategies to drive growth from startup to a top national health and safety company in the industry. In 2006, they joined TAE Property Group as Partner and VP Sales. From 2012 to 2020, they were the National Director of Resuscitation Quality Programs at the American Heart Association, where they were responsible for the launch and sales of RQI Programs. Tim also worked with executives, MD Champions, nursing leaders, simulation and education leaders, and worked on organizational advancements in competency and resuscitation quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes. In 2018, they joined GLG and Guidepoint as an Advisory Council Member. In 2020, they became the Executive Vice President at Lifework Education, a health and safety learning organization with leading schools and centers throughout the United States. Tim also became a Director Board of Directors at eTrain etc.

Tim Eiman's education history consists of a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Michigan State University, an Organization Leadership program from the Center for Creative Leadership, a Leadership Development Program in Business from Eckerd College, a Strategic Sales program from Miller Heiman, and a high school diploma from Portage Central High.
