Barbara is passionate about making the workplace work better. She served as a C-level operating executive in multiple verticals with proven multi-unit P&L leadership and where maintenance was a constant battle.

As CEO & Co-Founder of eTrack Tech, she brings deep experience in developing and executing strategy using customer and employee-centric approaches. Barbara has delivered innovation and growth in a range of organizations including Aramark, Pillsbury, PepsiCo/Pizza Hut, and Sylvan Learning. She has invented multiple products and processes and holds two patents.

Barbara received her BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the StartupAZ Collective, a graduate of the Founder Institute, and is a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program, Silicon Valley Chapter. She enjoys volunteering with organizations that support development of diverse teams to help others succeed.
