Jennifer Silver-Herman is an accomplished Design Manager at ETR since June 2016, leading a team of six designers in project coordination, training, and professional development, while utilizing graphic design and writing skills to produce various marketing and educational materials. Previously, Jennifer served as a Senior Graphic Designer at Silver-Herman Communications for over a decade, delivering expert graphic design, writing, and event planning services to a diverse range of clients. Earlier roles include Designer and Material Development Specialist at ETR Associates, focusing on graphic design and educational materials, and Associate Brand Manager at Rainbow Light Nutritional Systems, where Jennifer managed national campaigns. Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has extensive experience in marketing, project management, and client relations across multiple sectors.
