Erin McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Regional Account Manager at ETR Associates since September 2005, Erin has successfully developed a national public health client base and designed effective sales strategies for new markets. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Consumer Credit Counseling as a Counselor from 1997 to 2002, offering valuable insights and support to clients. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned between 1990 and 1995.
