Sander Dijkman has a strong background in finance and management. Sander is currently serving as the Head of Finance & Control at BNG Bank, where they are responsible for various financial tasks such as annual reporting, monthly reporting, budgeting, and tax management. Sander also oversees data management and data warehouse development. Sander focuses on connecting with other departments, improving efficiency, and building a strong team.

Prior to their role at BNG Bank, Sander was the Co-Owner of RegArt, a company they started in 2020. Sander also co-founded ETPA - A new way of power trading in 2014. Sander has experience as a Finance Specialist at Ten2Twelve, where they worked from 2013 to 2022.

In addition to their finance roles, Sander has gained further knowledge in business advisory and technology. Sander worked as a Business Advisor at Tiler in 2019, and as a student at Le Wagon, a technology bootcamp, also in 2019.

Early in their career, Sander held the position of Senior Manager Financial Services at KPMG Nederland, specializing in the financial services industry. Sander worked there from 2001 to 2014, managing complex financial projects for various clients in the banking, insurance, investment, and lease sectors.

Sander Dijkman completed their education in a chronological manner. Sander started their academic journey at St. Vitus College from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained their VWO degree. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Groningen from 1994 to 2001 and earned their Doctorandus degree in Economics. Sander further pursued their education at the University of Groningen from 2001 to 2006, obtaining their RA degree as a Certified Public Accountant.
