Bichen Li has a diverse background in customer service and language teaching roles. Currently working as a Customer Service Representative at The Dubai Mall, Bichen has also worked as a Contact Center Agent at Emaar and as a Customer Service Advisor at Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture. As a Chinese Language Teacher at Eton Institute and an Arabic Language Teacher at Muhammed bin Rashid Islamic Culture, Bichen has experience in teaching different nationalities and age groups. With a Bachelor's degree in Shari'a & Islamic Studies from the University of Sharjah, Bichen is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and language education.
