Stacy Anselmo is a Laboratory Technician at Eton Bioscience, Inc. since December 2017, bringing extensive experience in laboratory support and mentorship. Prior roles include serving as a Sophomore Surge Mentor at San Diego State University, where mentorship was provided to sophomore commuters, and as an Organic Chemistry Storesroom Assistant, supporting undergraduate teaching laboratories and managing student information and laboratory resources. Stacy also worked as a Certified Barista at Starbucks, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Stacy graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.
