RaÅŸit Kozan has diverse work experience in the software development field. RaÅŸit is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Etiya since July 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded IRONSIS in June 2019, where they held the role of Co-Founder until June 2020. From October 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Software Specialist at Etiya, where they utilized WSO2 ESB for database operations, application server interactions, message controls, and identity verification purposes. RaÅŸit also implemented Camunda BPMN for efficient management of business processes. Previously, in July and August 2018, they interned at VLMedia, where they contributed to the development of a location tracker mobile application using Kotlin programming language, MVVM design pattern, and Firebase Cloud Firestore as the database. Furthermore, RaÅŸit interned at NanoMagnetics Instruments in July and August 2017. During this time, they developed a CLI web crawler application using NodeJS, JavaScript, Visual Studio Code, and MongoDB. RaÅŸit also utilized Mongoose and Robomongo for effective database management.

Raşit Kozan obtained their undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Selçuk Üniversitesi, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018.
