Mirza Can Çiçekçi has work experience as a Software Development Specialist at Etiya since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at udea electronics in July and August 2020, as well as at ARDEA Proje Danışmanlık A.Ş in July and August 2019.

Mirza Can Çiçekçi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kırıkkale University from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields. In July 2022, they completed a Front-End Web Development Training from Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Eğitim ve Araştırma Merkezi (ÇASGEM). In March 2022, they completed a course on Introduction to Database Systems from Global AI Hub. Furthermore, they participated in the PAI1926 Python and Artificial Intelligence Training Camp organized by DSC GAZİ in February 2022, and they received a Professional Certification from the same program.
