Mert Silahcı's work experience begins with their current role as a Principal Specialist Business Analyst at Etiya, which started in June 2022. Before that, they worked at İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri from June 2019 to April 2022 as a Product Owner & Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for gathering customer requests, managing the UI and UX design process, preparing UAT scenarios, and overseeing the work processes of the CRM team using Agile and Scrum methodology.

Prior to that, Mert was an Engineering Project Manager at Asis Elektronik ve BiliÅŸim Sistemleri A.Åž. from November 2016 to July 2018. In this position, they coordinated with business partners, managed budgets and timelines, and oversaw various projects such as the implementation of transportation validation and software systems in India and the integration of accessible turnstile systems and software at the Turkmenistan Ashgabat Olympic Stadium.

From October 2014 to November 2016, Mert worked as a Supply Chain Engineer at Boğaziçi Endüstriyel Mutfak Makinaları. Their work experience began earlier in 2008 when they were a student at Kadir Has University until June 2013. Within that time, from November 2011 to May 2012, they also worked as an Assistant Student.

From 2008 to 2013, Mert Silahcı attended Kadir Has University, where they obtained a degree in Endüstri Mühendisliği with a GPA of 3.02.
