Liudmyla Karpenko has worked in multiple roles in the field of software and customer experience management. In 2016, they started working at VOLIA as a Senior Service Account Manager, a position they held until May 2018. In 2019, they returned to VOLIA as a Leading Customer Experience Management Specialist, where they worked until December 2020. In December 2020, they joined Etiya as a Software QA Engineer, their current role.
Liudmyla Karpenko completed a Comprehensive QC / QA testing course at LOGOS IT academy in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a specialist degree in "Organization of transportation and management of railway transport" at the State Economics and Technology Transport University from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in IT English (Intermediate) and completed a Comprehensive QC / QA testing course at Logos IT-Academy in 2019.
