Kardelen TuÄŸba ULUSOY has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kardelen TuÄŸba started their career as a Freelance Graphic Web Designer from September 2011 to June 2014, during which they worked on various design projects. In 2017, they worked as a Software Programmer Intern at signumteknoloji for four months. Kardelen TuÄŸba then transitioned to a teaching role as a Trainee Teacher at Mimar Kemal Middle School from September 2018 to June 2019, where they developed strong relationships with their students and honed their teaching skills. In October 2020, Kardelen joined Univera as an Education Specialist, where they were involved in ERP mobile and backoffice installations for various projects. Kardelen TuÄŸba also provided technical support at the call center. Since August 2021, they have been working as a Senior Specialist in Application Operations at Etiya, supporting the Turk Telekom project. Their responsibilities include conducting application and database tests, developing SQL scripts/procedures, analyzing user issues, and taking necessary actions for resolution.

Kardelen Tuğba ULUSOY completed their Licentiate degree in Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching at Hacettepe University from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including RPA Business Analysis Fundamentals, RPA Geliştirici Roleüne Giriş, RPA ve Otomasyon'a Giriş, API ve API Testi, Uluslararası İş Analizi Metodolojisi ve Teknikleri, Oracle PL/SQL, Veritabanı Programlama-Sıfırdan İleri Düzeye, and Sıfırdan Zirveye Adım Adım Bol Uygulamalı Java Kursu. These certifications were obtained between September 2022 and March 2023 from UiPath, BTK Akademi, and Udemy.
