Hande Oral has worked as a Business Analyst at Etiya since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst from April 2022 to April 2023. Hande was a Junior Business Analyst at STONE LIBRARY & TAÅŸ KÃœTÃœPHANESÄ° from 2018 to 2020, and before that, they served as a Corporate Communication Specialist & Project Manager from October 2015 to 2018. Hande started their career as an organization employee at teke organizasyon from September 2013 to September 2014.

Hande Oral attended Beykent University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued international relations. Hande also obtained a degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, Hande received several qualifications. In October 2015, they obtained a certification in advanced Excel from ASMEK. In 2022, they completed courses in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp and Web Design Development 2 (HTML5 and CSS3 for Mobile Compatibility-Responsive Coding) from the Istanbul ISMEK Institute. Furthermore, Hande received certifications in various subjects from the TM Forum, including Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals, Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals, ODA Components Fundamentals, TM Forum Open API Fundamental, and Fundamentals of Customer Centricity.
