Dilay Bingül started their work experience in 2011 as a Software Support Specialist at Metasoft Bilgisayar Ltd. Şti, where they worked until 2012. Dilay then joined Senkron Yazılım in 2012 as a Software Developer until 2015. In 2015, they joined Etiya as a Junior Software Specialist and worked there until 2017. Following that, they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Specialist at Etiya, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they took on the role of Principal Software Specialist and Scrum Master at Etiya, working on the Telaura TTNET project, which is a CRM project developed for Turk Telekom. Their main responsibilities included design and development using Java Oracle ADF. Additionally, they also served as a Scrum Master in an Agile team.

Dilay Bingül completed their education at Istanbul Kultur University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Eskisehir Salih Zeki Anadolu Lisesi from 2000 to 2005, focusing on the field of study in Sayısal (which refers to mathematics and natural sciences in the Turkish education system). In addition to their formal education, Dilay Bingül has obtained various certifications in different fields. Dilay received certifications such as "Fundamentals of Customer Centricity" and "Open Digital Framework (ODF) Overview" from TM Forum in October 2022. Dilay also completed a certification in "UI/UX Design Fundamentals" from BlueMark Academy in August 2022. Previously, in November 2021, they obtained the certification of "Professional Scrum Master" from BlueMark Academy. Furthermore, they earned certifications in "Business Process Framework (eTOM)" and "The Information Framework(SID)" from TM Forum in August 2020. In January 2016, they completed the certification for "Agile Methodology ve Scrum" from agile42 Turkey. Lastly, in April 2014, they obtained the certification of "LOGO UYARLAMA UZMANI -WINDOWS" from LOGO Yazılım.
