Kholoud Alaa El-deen is a professional with a background in customer service and social media moderation, currently serving as a Social Media Moderator and Retail & Care Representative at Etisal since October 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Deputy Manager at Orange Egypt from January 2022 to September 2022, and serving as a Customer Service Representative at Orange from September 2020 to September 2022. Kholoud also held the position of Customer Service at Telecom Egypt from April 2020 to August 2020. Earlier experiences include a traineeship at HYDROLOGY - Water Treatment in early 2019, focusing on chemical and bacteriological procedures for drinking water, and participating in geology field trips in November 2018 and April 2018. Kholoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Assiut University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
