Jess Tan Sock Lee has a strong background in distribution and partnerships within the insurance industry. Jess has experience working with various channels such as Bancassurance, Independent Financial Advisors, and Advisory channels. Jess is currently the Chief Distribution Officer at Etiqa Insurance Singapore, where Jess is responsible for managing the P&L and achieving business KPIs for the entire division. Prior to their current role, Jess held positions at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore and Citi, showcasing their expertise in partnership management and strategic direction. Jess holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Roehampton.
