Israel Vera is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in construction and engineering project supervision. Currently serving as a Residente de obra at Etinar S.A. since November 2022, Israel has previously worked at Ambiensa S.A. in various capacities, including Fedatario fiscalizador and Fedaratio, where responsibilities encompassed urban cadastre updates and overseeing construction processes for residential projects in Guayaquil. Prior experience includes serving as Residente de obra for Efren Velez, managing construction materials and personnel for roadway development in Manabí-Portoviejo, and a role as Ingeniera de diseño focusing on roadway adequacy projects.
