Mariano Martín Zamorano has a range of work experience in research, teaching, and professorship. Mariano Martín is currently working as the Chief Research Officer at Eticas Research & Consulting since December 2015. Previously, they held various roles at Universitat de Barcelona, including Postdoctoral Researcher and Researcher/PhD. At Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, they have worked as an Associate Lecturer and Adjunct Professor. Mariano Martín has also worked as a Professor at Institut de Formació Contínua IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona from January 2014 to January 2023. Additionally, they have been a Professor at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya since 2022, and a Professor at Università degli Studi di Torino in 2018. Mariano Martín also served as a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University in 2012. Mariano Martín Zamorano pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Mariano Martín then went on to complete a BA in Visual Arts and a BA in History of Art from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's Degree in Cultural Management from the Universitat de Barcelona. To further their education, they became a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University. Mariano Martín eventually completed their academic journey with a PhD in Cultural and Heritage Management from the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in Cultural policy and Sociology of Culture.
