Arancha Cienfuegos has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Their latest role was as a Consultant in Business Strategy and EU Funds for a freelance project, which ended in May 2023. Starting June 2023, they will be joining Eticas as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Arancha worked at Izen Producciones as the International Business Development and Operations Deputy Managing Director from August 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at PRISA for over 10 years, holding various roles such as Director of Business Operations at Prisa Video, Deputy Manager at the Digital Transformation Office, Communication Officer at Prisa Digital, and Chief of Staff. Finally, they started their career at Altair Asesores and held various roles like General Manager, Member of the Board, Deputy Managing Director, and Manager for Central and Eastern European Operations. At Altair, Arancha focused on areas such as management, strategy, revenue generation, and project management, among others.

Arancha Cienfuegos holds multiple degrees and diplomas in various fields. Arancha completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 1996 and their Master's degree in Law from the same university in 1995. In 2000-2001, they received their Degree(s) or Diploma(s) in Evaluación de políticas públicas from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Arancha also completed a Specialist course "Women and leadership" from ALITER in 2008-2009. In 2010-2011, they gained a PMD. Programme for Management Development. from Esade, and an E-commerce Diploma from ICEMD in 2013-2014. Lastly, they obtained a Intellectual Property Law degree from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2017-2018.
