Robert Rijsbergen is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as both System- and Network Manager and Senior Support Specialist at Naturalis Biodiversity Center Nederland since March 2013. In this role, Robert ensures effective and efficient use of all hardware and software, providing first-line support to users for optimal daily operations. Prior to this position, Robert worked as an ICT Support medewerker at Kamsteeg Auto Groep B.V. for a short period in 2012, focusing on resolving incidents and problems related to IT resources. Robert holds two degrees from ROC ICT Academie Leiden, including a level 4 qualification in ICT Management and a level 3 qualification in ICT Management Support.
