Previously, at KNOREX, Upasna held several senior roles, including Senior Manager Customer Success and Senior Account Manager, focusing on account management for the US and APAC regions, media planning, campaign optimization, and customer relationship management. Upasna began a career as a Technical Analyst at Oracle, where tasks included resolving production issues, conducting database migrations, and managing client communications. Upasna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering.
