Kevin McCarthy currently serves as the Chief of Staff and has held multiple roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and Chief Quality Assurance and Assessment Officer at Ethos since February 2019. Prior to this, Kevin was the Director of Non-Certified Services at Medical Resources Home Health Corp from June 2014 to September 2016. Kevin's career at Ethos began in 2004 as a Program Manager, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the organization. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Director at RTR from 2002 to 2004.
