Kathy Polizzi is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a rich background in technology leadership. Kathy Polizzi Coaching has been the primary focus since January 2009, offering leadership coaching supported by extensive experience in high-level roles within software development organizations. Notably, Kathy held the position of Senior Engineering Director at Google from March 2006 to May 2016, where leadership was provided for major teams including Google Maps and Google Earth. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Rainfinity and CenterRun, both of which were acquired by larger companies, as well as significant positions at SQRIBE Technologies and Compuware. Kathy also serves as a Lead Coach at BetterUp and an Advisory Board Member at Ethopass.
