Peter Kaspar's work experience includes a current role as a Product Owner at EthonAI, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Engineer and Data Analyst at Hitachi ABB Power Grids from July 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they held the same position at ABB Semiconductors Ltd from October 2018 to March 2022 and also worked as a Product Engineer BiMOS Frontend from April 2015 to September 2018. Peter also has experience as a Research Engineer at Alcatel Thales III-V Lab from March 2013 to February 2015, where they worked on research projects related to Silicon Photonics. Peter has also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Optical Materials Engineering Laboratory at ETH Zurich from March 2012 to September 2012 and as a Research Assistant at the Electronics Laboratory at ETH Zurich from June 2006 to February 2012, where they specialized in III/V photonic devices and semiconductor micro- and nanofabrication technology. Peter also had a role as Equipment Ownership at the FIRST Center for Micro- and Nanofabrication at ETH Zurich from June 2006 to December 2011.

Peter Kaspar completed their education at ETH Zurich. From 1999 to 2005, they pursued a MSc in Physics, specializing in Physics. Following that, they obtained an Ability Certificate for Graduate Teachership from 2002 to 2005, focusing on Teaching. Lastly, they obtained a Ph.D. in March 2012, specializing in Photonics, Micro- and Nanofabrication.
