Michelle Cleave has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle joined Ethoca in 2019 as the Director of Account Management. Prior to that, they worked at Visa in various roles, including Senior Director of Global Client Services from 2018 to 2018, and Director of Global Client Services from 2011 to 2014. In these roles, they led operational support for global clients and played a key role in shaping global processing initiatives. Michelle also worked as a Director of Client Services at Visa from 2009 to 2011. Before joining Visa, they worked at CIBC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they contributed to creating business and technical requirements for new third-party systems and applications. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Business Analyst at Visa from 1999 to 2004.

Michelle Cleave holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages with a focus on French and Russian from the University of Oxford.
