Matthew Dugger is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in merchant relations and business development. Currently serving as Sr. Sales Manager for Merchant Relations in North America at Ethoca since August 2014, Matthew plays a key role in facilitating collaboration between online merchants and card issuers to combat fraud and enhance revenue. Matthew has previously held various positions at Ethoca, including Sales Manager for Merchant Relations in Asia Pacific and North America, as well as Market Development Representative. Prior to Ethoca, Matthew was a Business Development Manager at Nesco Resource and held roles at Kforce as a Client Relationship Manager and Business Development Associate. Additionally, Matthew showcases creativity as a Resident DJ for RWD FM. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University in 2012.
