Myriam Fernández de Heredia is a seasoned expert in municipal credit rating and governance. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at EthiFinance since 2022, Myriam also works as an International Consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2020. Previously, Myriam led as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Beyond Ratings from 2018 to 2019, overseeing policy development and compliance processes. A significant tenure at S&P Global Ratings from 1994 to 2018 included roles such as Managing Director and Head of Sovereigns & Public Finance Ratings for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where Myriam managed a large team and contributed to the EMEA Ratings Executive Committee. Myriam holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from CUNEF Universidad.
