Serena Miccolis is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in civil economy, social innovation, and social impact evaluation. Currently, Serena serves as a Researcher at AICCON since April 2018, focusing on social impact design and management along with training activities. Concurrently, Serena holds the position of Impact Assessment Supervisor at Ethicjobs, leading initiatives to improve job market standards. Previous roles include Consultant positions at LUISS Guido Carli University and Indica Srl, where Serena was involved in statistical data analysis and impact evaluation, respectively.
