Serena Miccolis is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in civil economy, social innovation, and social impact evaluation. Currently, Serena serves as a Researcher at AICCON since April 2018, focusing on social impact design and management along with training activities. Concurrently, Serena holds the position of Impact Assessment Supervisor at Ethicjobs, leading initiatives to improve job market standards. Previous roles include Consultant positions at LUISS Guido Carli University and Indica Srl, where Serena was involved in statistical data analysis and impact evaluation, respectively. Additional experience includes research assistance for an ERASMUS+ project and contributions to the Municipality of Bologna in measuring quality of life indicators. Serena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Quality of Life Measurement from Università degli Studi di Firenze and two Bachelor's degrees in Statistics from both the University of Glasgow and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
