Iesha Magallanes has a diverse range of work experience. Iesha is currently working as the Head of Design at Ethically and as a Founder Associate at Platform Venture Studio. Previously, they worked as the Head Designer at Brokeandboard from July 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, they held a position in ticket sales at DeBartolo Performing Arts Center from September 2016 to March 2020. Iesha also worked as a 2D Designer for Estée Lauder Companies ADF from June 2019 to August 2019, where they provided support to various teams and contributed to visual concept ideation. Additionally, they have experience as a Translator and Compañera at Taller de José, a User Experience Design Intern at PlayStation, and a TRiO Student Mentor at the University of Notre Dame.

Iesha Magallanes completed their Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications Design, Computer Science, and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame between 2016 and 2020.
