Ritu Naswa is an immediately available professional with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Ritu Naswa began their career in 2008 as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Convergys, where they demonstrated experience in a similar customer service focused IT Help Desk role. In 2011, they joined HCL Technologies as a Specialist, ITIL Process Excellence, where they were responsible for process implementation and improvement, preparing project plans and functional requirement specifications, providing signed-off documents to tools teams for implementation, performing testing on newly developed environments, training support groups for new enhancements or bug fixes, and getting sign-off from customers for closure of projects. Ritu Naswa also handled incident management and service request management processes. In 2020, they joined GlobalCISO Leadership Foundation as a Course Moderator and EthicalHat Cyber Security as a Project Coordinator.
