Stephen Williams is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in renewable energy and corporate finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ethical Power, Stephen has driven significant growth, helping the company achieve an annual run-rate turnover of over £200 million since February 2022. Previously, Stephen held the position of CFO and Executive Vice President at Sonnedix, focusing on solar PV, and served as Interim Head of Treasury and FP&A at Towergate Partnership Ltd, the UK's largest independent insurance brokerage. Stephen's career also includes roles as CFO at AQA 63336 and financial leadership positions at Symbian, Psion, and Arthur Andersen. Educational qualifications include an ACA from ICAEW, an engineering degree from the University of Birmingham, and a BA in History from Birkbeck, University of London, along with certification in Corporate Treasury from The Association of Corporate Treasurers.
