Rachael Yassim, CPP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Payroll at Ethical Culture Fieldston School, managing high-volume semi-monthly payroll and auditing payroll data for accuracy using ADP Workforce Now since June 2021. With extensive experience in payroll administration across various organizations, Rachael has held roles including Payroll Manager, Payroll Administrator, and Payroll Supervisor, consistently utilizing ADP systems for payroll processing and reconciliation. Rachael's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Pre-Med focus and accounting credits equivalent to an Associate’s Degree from York College, along with an Aerospace Major Regents Diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School.
