Lauren Falvo is a Software Engineer currently employed at Ethic since August 2023, following a period at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where Lauren held multiple roles, including Software Engineer from July 2022 to October 2023 and Summer Software Engineer in June 2021. Additionally, Lauren gained experience as an Advanced Analytics Intern at Johnson & Johnson in the summer of 2020. Lauren completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics at the University of Michigan from 2018 to 2022 and also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019.
