Ronny Russchen is an experienced plant manager currently leading the Goor and Delfzijl production facilities at Etex since July 2024, overseeing a workforce of 200 employees and serving as a member of the management team. Previous roles at Etex include operations manager and production manager from May 2015 to July 2017. Prior to Etex, Ronny worked as a production manager at Promens from November 2010 to April 2015 and at RPC bebo nederland as a process manager from April 2000 to November 2010, managing a production department and focusing on output and maintenance. Ronny began the career as a process engineer at Vredestein Banden BV, specializing in quality control. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from business school (S.W.O.T) and studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1992 to 1996.
