Snehal Mahajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, estimation, and technical operations within the construction and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Lead - Service, Technical Ops, and Training in Retail at Eternia Windows under Hindalco, Aditya Birla Group since January 2024, Snehal previously held roles as Lead Service and Senior Manager Technical at Aditya Birla Group from January 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes Design & Estimation Manager at MyWindow Home Build Tech India Private Limited, and various positions at Reynaers Aluminium, starting as an Estimation Engineer and progressing to Manager of Design and Estimation. Snehal's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from YCCE and Nagpur University, completed in 2006.
