Sjoerd Lincklaen Arriens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as COO at Eternalsun Spire since February 2022, Sjoerd previously held the position of Regional Lean Deployment Director for EU and APAC at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities included leading the deployment of the GKN Lean Excellence Model. Prior roles included Director of Supply Chain Management at Fokker Elmo, focusing on planning, scheduling, and logistics across multiple sites. Sjoerd also served as Procurement Project Manager and Non-Recurring Program Manager for the Hondajet Empennage at Fokker Aerostructures B.V. Earlier career experience includes an internship with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Sjoerd holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
