David Edet, MBA, currently serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at ETERNA Plc since August 2024 and holds a position as a Board Member at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR) since February 2023. Previously, David worked as Legal Counsel at Rainoil Limited from July 2023 to August 2024, where services included advising on a significant LPG Purchase Agreement valued over $2.5 million. David's earlier experience includes an associate role at Dorothy Ufot & Co. from March 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities involved serving as Tribunal Secretary and assisting in various arbitration disputes, including a notable case valued over $6 million. David also worked as an associate at Afe Babalola & Co. in 2019. Educational qualifications include MBAs from Quantic School of Business and Technology and Ahmadu Bello University, a Bar Qualifying Certificate from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
