Steve Levy is an advisor at eTeki and a technical sourcing lead at M&T Bank. Steve has a longstanding tradition of careful, conservative, and consistent management. Steve is currently focused on creating core engineering expertise in database development and interaction techniques, RESTful service design, system integration patterns, and caching and performance tuning techniques.

Steve Levy earned their BS in Bioengineering from the University of Vermont. Steve is currently ABD (All But Dissertation) for their MA/PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
