Stuart Shelley is the current CEO and President at Etegent Technologies. Prior to this, they were a research professor at the University of Cincinnati's Structural Dynamics Research Laboratory where they conducted research in active structural control, signal processing, system identification and system dynamics. Stuart was also a post doctoral assistant at the University of Cincinnati from February 1992 to November 1992. From June 1985 to September 1986, Stuart worked as a noise and vibration consultant at General Motors' CPC Noise and Vibration Group. Stuart has also been self-employed as an engineering consultant specializing in structural dynamics, vibration and controls from March 1984 to October 1996. Additionally, they have worked as a research assistant at the University of Cincinnati's Structural Dynamics Research Laboratory from August 1983 to June 1985 and as a field engineer at Brown Boveri Howden from January 1981 to August 1983.
Stuart Shelley has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
