Matt Penland has over two decades of experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as the Cable TV Program Manager and Network Engineer at Ellijay Telephone Company since January 2000, responsibilities include overseeing the cable television head-end, competitor analysis, hardware research and testing, and managing Video On Demand while advising on product direction. Prior experience includes a role as Network Engineer at Shaw Industries, managing connectivity across multiple sites, and positions at Queen Carpet and Hamilton Medical Center, focusing on network administration and support. Matt Penland holds an Associate's degree in Microcomputer Operations and Computer Applications from Dalton College.
