Rik Thomas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen from 2002 to 2007. Rik then pursued a Master's degree in Bedrijfskunde from the same university from 2006 to 2008. In 2012, they attended the Robert Bosch Kolleg for a Professional Service Manager program. Additionally, they attended the Hanken School of Economics in 2006. Rik Thomas' education also includes attending Edison College from 1996 to 2002.
