Kelthoum Khemmar is a seasoned professional in business development and education, currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager for North Africa at ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc. since January 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Engineer Sales and extensive teaching positions, including a professorship at a meritorious institute from June 2014 to October 2022, specializing in French language instruction.
