Sandrine Aubry is an experienced retail manager with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Etam. Since September 2019, Sandrine has served as Manager of the flagship store in France, previously holding the role of regional director from June 2013 to September 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of ten store managers in Paris, ensuring compliance with group merchandising standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Sandrine held various positions at Etam, including store director and manager, where significant achievements included managing high-revenue stores and recruiting and training sales staff. Sandrine began the career at CAMAIEU INTERNATIONAL, starting as a part-time sales assistant and advancing to assistant manager. Additionally, Sandrine has pursued professional development through the Validation des acquis de l'expérience program and holds a BTS in management of commercial units.
