Xavier de Coune is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Officer and Coordinator for Insertion at Ateliers Jean Gielen (ETA) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Xavier worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Team One Staffing Specialists Belgium from November 2019 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Xavier gained experience as a student at Adecco in July 2019 and completed internships at Eloy Group and Ville de Liège in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Social Engineering and Social Action from HELMo (2017-2019) and has pursued studies at the University of Liège (2016-2017) and HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège (2014-2016).
