Asal Shahidiani has worked in various roles throughout their professional career. In 2014, they began their career as a Post-Doctoral Research Worker at King's College London, where they contributed to research projects exploring unknown areas. In 2016, they joined Amey Strategic Consulting and Technology as a Senior Strategic Consultant - Data Scientist, providing expertise in data analysis and strategy development. After three years, they moved on to eSwapp in 2020, taking on the role of Head of Data Science. In this position, they lead a team, developing and implementing data-driven solutions.

Asal Shahidiani began their education at King's College London in 2008, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Neuroscience by 2009. Asal then pursued further academic achievements, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuroimaging from King's College London between 2011 and 2014.
