Charlie Wang attended the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. In July 2021, they received a certificate in People Analytics from the Josh Bersin Academy. In February 2023, Charlie completed the Foundations in Customer Education program offered by Skilljar. Lastly, in April 2023, they obtained an Esusu Certification from Esusu.
