Dave Byrne is a seasoned Cloud Security Architect, currently employed at esure Group since May 2022, having previously held the same position at Dyson from February 2017 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Architect and Security Technical Design Authority at British Telecom Professional Services, where responsibilities encompassed security financials for Managed Security Services and E-commerce systems. Earlier in their career, Byrne served as an Infrastructure Technical Specialist at C & J Clark Ltd and as a Security Consultant at Deutsche Telekom, focusing on the design and integration of security infrastructure. Additional experience includes various positions in network design and security, dating back to an Assistant Applications Engineer role at Honeywell. Byrne holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Integrated Engineering from Cardiff University and has pursued further training through Fastlane and Firebrand Academy.
