Michael Oloya has seven years of work experience. Michael began their career in 2011 as an Impact Team Member at Abercrombie & Fitch. In 2014, they became a Team Member/Prep at Chipotle Mexican Grill. In 2016, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Remcon Design Build. In 2017, they were a Financial Consultant at Accredited Debt Relief and a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development Representative at eSUB Construction Software. In 2018, they were a Robot Procurement Specialist at Reis and Irvy's. Most recently, in 2019, they have been an Assistant Sales Manager at Tradeline Supply Company, LLC.

Michael Oloya attended Kearny High School of International Business from 2008 to 2011, where they completed their High School degree in International Business. Michael then went on to Butte College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Finally, they attended California State University, Chico from 2015 to 2017, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
