Chaitra M began their work experience in 2012 with an internship at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd. Chaitra then worked at New Era India from 2014 to 2016, starting as a Resource Executive and later becoming a Senior Resource Executive. At Aditi Consulting, Chaitra M worked as a Technical Recruiter from 2017 to 2018, specifically focusing on Microsoft and LinkedIn. Chaitra joined Estuate, Inc. in 2018 and held various roles in talent acquisition. Chaitra worked as an Information Technology Recruiter from 2018 to 2020, where they managed candidate pipelines and the full-life cycle of recruiting positions. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter, acting as a talent acquisition owner and managing vendor relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead.

Chaitra M completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sir.M Visveshwaraya Institute of Technology during the period of 2011-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University from 2008-2011. In addition to their formal education, Chaitra M has also obtained various certifications, including Employer Branding Certification and Tech Recruitment from hirist.com and DevSkiller respectively, as well as Hirist Tech Recruiter certification from hirist.com.
