Naveen Jerard, EIT has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they started as a Process Engineer Intern at Chemsys Process Engineering Private Limited, where they designed a Glycol Dehydration Unit and performed mass and heat balance for the process. Naveen also designed PFDs and P&IDs for the process. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a System Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2018, they joined Cardtronics as a Technical Support Analyst. During their time there, they provided technical support. Currently, since 2019, Naveen is working at eStruxture Data Centers as part of the Data Center Operations team. Their responsibilities include monitoring performance parameters, troubleshooting facility problems, ensuring the availability of various systems, and maintaining the temperature and humidity of the facility.

Naveen Jerard, EIT, completed their education history as follows: Naveen obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Sathyabama University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Naveen Jerard also holds several certifications. Naveen obtained the "Engineer In Training" certification from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in May 2021. Naveen also completed the "Introduction to ESG" certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in April 2023. Furthermore, they completed two Azure-related certifications: "Getting Started with Azure" from Coursera Course Certificates and "Getting Started with Azure Virtual Machines" from Udemy: Online Courses, both in June 2020.
